Project: Collaborated with OBtech to evaluate and enhance its niche IoT YouTube channel, contributing strategic insights through a channel audit, competitor analysis, and Google Ads campaign launch. I conducted an in-depth review of the channel’s structure, branding, and content cadence to uncover strengths and opportunities. Alongside that, I studied competing channels to benchmark performance, identify gaps, and inform tailored recommendations across SEO, visual branding, and positioning strategy. I provided actionable suggestions for improving discoverability and viewer retention, and supported the launch of custom Google Ads creatives targeting professionals, enthusiasts, and learners in the IoT space—laying a strong foundation for growth. Within six months, the channel exceeded expectations, expanding its subscriber base to over 30K.

Three e-books were crafted as high-value lead magnets, designed to attract and engage new subscribers through accessible, solution-oriented content. The remaining three served as premium resources, positioned to establish a steady revenue stream and reinforce the brand’s authority in eco-conscious lifestyle education. My contribution included strategic content planning, audience alignment, and visual consistency—ensuring each piece reflected the brand’s values while supporting long-term growth through digital offerings.

Project: Collaborated with FISW (French Immersion School of Washington) to audit and redesign its homepage in alignment with the school’s mission to engage prospective families and promote bilingual education. The original landing page featured a single video and basic one-pager with minimal information and call-to-action elements. I proposed and implemented a refreshed homepage experience that prioritized clarity, accessibility, and essential decision-making content—such as program highlights, community values, enrollment pathways, and strong bilingual messaging. The goal was to increase user engagement and effectively guide potential clients toward deeper connection and conversion. This project also involved UX strategy, SEO optimization, and maintaining the school’s brand identity while enhancing visibility and relevance for new audiences.
